Has been in Ingellicom as investor and co-owner since its beginnings in 2006. Mrs. Morales was in charge of the operational area during the first year after the company was founded. In 2010 Mrs. Morales started working as a Statistical Consultant for the company. At present, Mrs. Morales is the Chief Operations Director of the company and also a member of the Board of Directors.
